School of Art. Below she explains more about her work;
'Through rich applications of colour and texture, I explore my abstract,
expressive response to half remembered dreams, stories and objects of
personal history.
Using the tools of digital media, I investigate scale. Re-working
otherwise 'resolved' images through collage, I apply further layers of
mixed media, revealing new landscapes and compositions from beyond
the original surface. Building layer upon layer I endeavour to reveal
something precious.
The heaviest collagraph embosses that my surfaces will allow, sit
alongside delicate translucent inks in a dance of juxtaposition.'
