We also have a collect in store option. Simply pay for your order online using the secure PayPal option as normal and when asked to select your preferred shipping method highlight the collect in store option. Items will be ready to collect within 24 working hours of purchase and will be held in store for a maximum of 1 month from purchase. We recommend that the postage selected should always cover the total order value by the correct insured amount. Junction art and gifts will not be responsible if customers do not choose the appropriate shipping method and goods are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns
We hope you love all the items in your order but if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase.
If goods are being returned it is always helpful to send us an e-mail or call us so that we know its on its way.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customers expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if an error has been made on our part.
If a product is faulty please get in touch at any time. We will be happy to remedy the situation by offering a full or partial refund, exchange, or repair depending on the problem.
